Deliberation on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code was conducted by JITO Bangalore Chapter wherein Sri Udaya Holla, Senior Advocate and Advocate General of the State of Karnataka discussed about the opportunities available to the Younger generations and the professionals of Jain Community especially from the educational background of CA,CS,LLB to register themselves as Resolution professional under the IBBI and earn handsome fees and also on how Traders and Individuals can benefit out of the Insolvency law.
Apart from Sri.Holla, Murali Ananthasivam, Advocate also deliberated and detailed about the opportunities available in NCLT through Insolvency law.
Both the speakers also answered each and every questions of the participants satisfactorily and have thorough insights on the Insolvency law.
