JITO Ludhiana had organised an event "RISE to Success" conducted by mentor Basesh Gala (Founder of 39 Solutions). The event was attended by 230+ youth and entrepreneurs. Mr Basesh shared the secret of success and his takeaways were no excuses, challenging self, expanding learning and comfort zone. Basesh said it was important to have a vision and purpose in life. The biggest challenge in today's times is instant gratification which leads to lots of issues.Mr Basesh also shared how to keep family business and family culture strong. He advocated a culture of gratitude, giving blessings and restricting technology use when family bonds. Overall it was a great learning experience for all. The vote of thanks was given by JITO Ludhiana chairman Shri Bhushan Jain.
