JITO Byculla Ladies Wing - Yoga Benefits


JITO Byculla Ladies Wing conducted a program on Yoga and its practice to combat everyday common illnesses on the 8th December at Turf, NSCI . Chapter Chairman Mr. Rakesh Sanghvi and under the able guidance of Chairperson Mrs. Mamata Surana and the entire committee worked tirelessly to make the program a grand success. The rogram saw more than 200 attendees and each person was presented with a complimentary yoga mat. The program was honoured by the gracious presence of Hansa Maa (Founder of The Yoga Institute). She enlightened the audience on eating habits for better health. The program was conducted by Yogi Parasji Dugar and Power Yoga teacher Ms Smita. The audience largely benefitted from their treasure of knowledge.
